What are cacao nibs? Nibs are the crunchy inner bits of roasted cocoa beans and they have a tangy, nutty flavor. We roast the nibs in small batches to bring out a bouquet of chocolate notes including hints of walnut, plum, tangerine, and spice. 

We use nibs to make our Kona origin chocolate but also enjoy them sprinkled in a variety of sweet and savory foods. The nibs are unsweetened, making them an energizing addition to smoothies and baked goods, as well as a unique seasoning for meats and vegetables. They come roasted and ready to enjoy!
